Capital Trust Group [“CTG”] acted for Tradgardsgatan Properties AB [“TPAB”] in the acquisition from Telia of the historic landmark building “ Tandstickspalatset ” or “ Matchmakers Palace ” located in CBD Stockholm. This purpose built office was constructed in 1926-1928 by Ivar Kreuger and comprises 7,584m² (81,634sq ft) on five floors with basement car parking.
