Infinity House, Crewe, has been acquired by clients of Capital Trust Ltd for £8.375m.
Infinity House is a single let office building on Crewe Business Park. The 4,807sm (51,745 sqft) self contained three storey office building, with 225 car spaces, is let to Fujitsu Services on a 20 year lease, at an annual rental of £637,500 per annum. HBG Construction undertook the building works and Crewe Business Park occupiers include; Barclays, Focus DIY, APT Marconi, Air Products, DEFRA, SOKKIA and James Walker.
Nick Judd for Capital Trust Limited commented, “Infinity House is a high quality building in an excellent location let to a world renowned tenant. It was acquired by our clients, Stansted Estates Ltd, and will provide a high cash coupon with good prospects for capital growth”.
